What Preparemotivation Windows & Siding Is
Preparemotivation Windows & Siding is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local providers of window replacement and siding installation. That is the whole job.
We do not install, repair or remove anything. Providers do the work. They are separate businesses, and they run their own crews, schedules and prices.
Why It Exists
Older houses are hard to shop for. Frames have shifted. Old patch jobs hide behind trim. Siding may cover damage nobody has seen in years. A homeowner in that spot needs a provider who expects surprises, not one who treats every wall alike.
The idea is simple: older home, careful plan. Preparemotivation Windows & Siding exists to start that plan with the right introduction.
How Matching Works
You call or send a request. You tell us what you need, where the house is and roughly how old it is. We use that to route you to a provider in our network who serves your area and handles that type of work.
Window requests are for replacing at least two windows. Repairs are not part of what we route.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in the network are asked to:
- Explain the scope in plain terms
- Look at the house before pricing hidden-condition work
- Put the quote in writing
- Answer questions about materials, such as energy efficient windows or vinyl siding
- Treat the homeowner's decision as the homeowner's
Providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance and permits where those apply. Ask to see them.
What We Do Not Do
We do not set prices. We do not do the work. We do not promise a start date, because schedules belong to the provider. We do not make insurance decisions. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners are not charged by Preparemotivation Windows & Siding to be connected. Providers may pay for the referrals they receive. That is the business model, and you should know it. It does not change what you pay a provider. Every price comes from the provider, in writing.
